Now that I’ve got that out of my system, I wasn’t planning on writing another one of these, but now that I think about it, I’ll probably write one after each time I play through a chunk of it. Why? BECAUSE IT’S MAKING ME FEEL THINGS AND THAT DOESN’T HAPPEN VERY OFTEN.

I finally got Mass Effect 3 and I’ve been playing it pretty much non stop. I’ve heard a lot of bad things (especially about the ending) but I think I’ve done a pretty good job with spoiler-dodging. I didn’t manage to dodge the EDI thing, but I would have been able to call that after finding Dr. Eva’s body in the AI core anyway.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. All of the cameos from my favorite characters have been making me squee with joy. I’ve been having some trouble with the cover and combat controls, but I think that’s mostly because I haven’t touched an Xbox controller since last July.

One thing that I wasn’t too pleased with was that my Shepard seemed to forgive Kaiden before I did. I never really liked him (I kinda stumbled into that romance). I wanted to romance Liara in Mass Effect 1, but I was nice to Kaiden and apparently that means we have a relationship… Well really I wanted to romance Joker, but Bioware cockblocked me there.

Whining aside, I like what they’ve done with the game so far. The planet scanning is nice change from ME1 (as much as I loved the Mako, running around every planet for minerals and other random stuff got annoying) and ME2 (there was nothing to love about tediously going through every planet for minerals). Let’s see how my opinion stands after I get to the ending though…

Now that I’ve gotten all settled in and have my shirt, I took pictures.

I got my kodachi because the stray cat population is crazy high in my area (bring it, spidercats). I was planning on having my machete too, but I couldn’t find it. :/

Anyway, Rapture’s coming to Arkansas. >:D

Like when my PreCal teacher bumps my grade up from an 89 to a 90. It was only for the 4th quarter, and I would have gotten an A for semester anyway, but it was really bothering me. I’ve never gotten a B before in my life… ._.

Anyway… I’m home now… I will be spending all of tomorrow outside! :D

he most hilarious part is that Champion looked at her profile and found out she was a huge yaoi fan. I guess this is only hilarious if you’re a part of the group, but it’s funny because he’s the one we pair with every guy ever despite the fact he’s straight.
